Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to support our firm in optimizing internal processes, managing systems, and driving operational efficiencies across the organization. This role will work cross-functionally with various practices, operational teams, and functional departments to enhance collaboration and ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has strong business acumen, and possesses a blend of Salesforce expertise, project management skills, and bonus points for contracts experience. This individual will play a key role in bridging gaps between teams, implementing scalable solutions, and driving strategic improvements that impact the entire firm.


Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Data Management

  • Serve as a key administrator for Salesforce, ensuring optimal configuration, maintenance, and user support.
  • Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with teams to enhance and automate workflows, dashboards, and integrations.

Project Management & Operational Efficiency

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects to enhance operational processes.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to drive timely execution.
  • Identify and implement best practices to optimize workflows and system utilization.

Technology & System Optimization

  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT for system enhancements.
  • Train internal stakeholders on best practices for technology utilization.

Business & Contracts Support

  • Assist in contract reviews, compliance tracking, and vendor agreements to mitigate risks.
  • Support legal and finance teams in contract negotiations and documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred) or hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Exceptional organization and Project Management experience (PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification a plus).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
  • Experience with contract management, legal documentation, or procurement processes.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft business applications and Excel wizard.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
