Recruitment Coordinator

About the position:
Riviera is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who is engaging, friendly, smart and who loves working with people. You’ll support our recruiters and help our candidates find their dream job. You’re organised, professional, and you have a passion for people!
Team:
Riviera Europe currently has a team of 22 people. In this role, you would support up to six Director- starting with four and expanding as the team grows. You’ll be part of a collaborative group that includes four Executive Assistants and seven Principals and Associates.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management for our Director team, including candidate, client, and business development meetings.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules between clients and candidates and logistics for interviews, working closely with the client hiring manager / their EA.
- Proactively track candidates from intake to offer using the candidate tracker and internal system (Sutro), ensuring data entry and follow-ups with recruiters, hiring managers, talent partners, HR, EAs, and Recruiting Coordinators.
- Organise and maintain candidate data, including resumes and contact information.
- Assist our Director team with business development and network relationship management – existing and new relationships.
- Document creation.
- Maintain databases.
- Assist with events.
You bring:
- University degree (BA or BS) preferred.
- 2+ years in a project, administrative, or recruiting coordination role.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as calendar expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to edit and proofread.
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment, yet equally as capable of working independently.
- Demonstrable ability to organise, use good judgment, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to stay productive with multiple changing priorities.
- Extreme attention to detail and proven ability to perform tasks independently with high accuracy.
- Adaptable work style to fit the specific needs of recruiter(s) and other team members.

Salary: £30,000 – £33,000, depending on experience
