Biography
Thomas (Thom) is based in London and has over 25 years of experience in executive search. He has helped relocate over 40 tech leaders to Europe – primarily from the Bay Area and with a focus on Berlin – Germany’s burgeoning tech and product corridor.
An engineer by background, prior to Riviera Partners, Thomas has enjoyed a rich and varied career in executive search; working in-house for a NASDAQ listed venture capital firm (Internet Capital Group), co-founding a start-up funded by Kinnevik Capital and as a Partner in the European technology practice of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY).
