Biography
Matt Skiba returns to Riviera after nearly a decade as the Head of Executive Talent at Snap, and the VP of Talent at the $1B gaming unicorn Genies. Based in Los Angeles, Matt is joining Riviera as a partner on our Private Equity team and will be co-leading Riviera’s GEMS practice.
Matt brings over 12 years of executive headhunting, consulting and operating experience within consumer growth and pre/post IPO environments. His unique and dynamic insider experience allows him to relate to any CEO, Founder, Investor, Board member and Candidate. Having completed over 250 searches in his career, Matt’s experienced the adversities, challenges, and dilemmas executives face when building a company and understands the difficult decisions leaders have to make.
Based in Los Angeles, Matt is a graduate of Santa Clara University and former lacrosse player and coach. Matt and his wife Haley (a former volleyball star at UCLA) have two children – Griffin and Reagan.
