Ashish Raina and Austin Brizendine Appointed as New Principal Recruiters
Riviera Partners is pleased to announce the latest additions to our growing firm. Recently, Ashish Raina and Austin Brizendine have been appointed the roles of Principal Recruiter to help enhance our Premium and Retained search programs.
Ashish Raina, one of two new principal recruiters, will help grow Riviera Partners' recently created Premium Service--an offering that will aid technology startups successfully establish full teams by identifying and recruiting the right talent to realize the company's potential. He is a seasoned business leader with 12+ years in product management, venture capital and management consulting. Most recently, Raina spent nearly six years in marketing leadership roles for the Microsoft Business Division and Online Services Division.
Austin Brizendine, another new principal recruiter at Riviera Partners, brings a wealth of knowledge in the technical recruiting arena, having worked at Schweichler, Price, Mullarkey & Barry for the past five years. He has extensive experience with growth-stage companies funded by top-tier venture capital firms focusing on disruptive software technologies, including application software, digital media, systems software, Cloud, mobile and virtualization domains.

After reviewing data from our database, we have compiled the latest numbers and put them together with some comparative figures from previous quarters to better identify any trends or changes.
