About the Vice President, Customer Success position

Riviera is seeking a highly effective business and technology leader to become Vice President, Customer Success, reporting to our COO. This role will be responsible to ensure Customer Success, providing additional strategic and operational leadership for named accounts. You’re collaborative, savvy, hit your goals, and your passion is people!

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute an operational methodology & account management process which builds on our data driven approach; continue to iterate and improve on this process
  • Proven track-record of “landing and expanding” with assigned accounts and ability to meet / exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, understand, and evaluate opportunities within accounts. Foster and grow enterprise account relationships to impact revenue growth
  • Strategically monitor delivery health and identify / help remediate problem areas, internally and externally.
  • Serve as an escalation point on relationship and contractual issues. Work directly with clients whenever needed and be ready to address complex issues pre and post contract.

You bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a Customer Success leadership position
  • Comfortable with being a hands-on, detail-oriented and shifting between the tactical and strategic actions with effective executive and team communication skills and techniques
  • Experience working with large company C-level executives managing contracts <$100K+
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and obtain positive visibility and credibility at the C-level
  • Experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS or similar industry preferred
  • Strong business, technical and operational acumen and executive presence combined with deep analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Can thrive in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Some travel may be required
