About the Contract Scheduling Coordinator:

We are looking for a full-time contract scheduling coordinator to assist our recruiters with setting up screening and interview calls with our candidates via Zoom.  We have a high volume of Outlook calendaring that can be supported centrally by an expert scheduler with great organization skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews between candidates and recruiters
  • Ensuring all calendars are always up to date
  • Providing an excellent experience for all of our candidates and internal stakeholders

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience scheduling a high volume of calls in a fast-moving organization is extremely helpful
  • Demonstrable calendar management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proven ability to prioritize assignments
  • Strong work ethic; ensure confidentiality of all appropriate communications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
