Riviera Partners distilled twenty years of collective experience, the knowledge and relationships of a hundred recruiters, deep data, evaluations and historical information into our proprietary recruiting platform. Machine learning signals, qualitative data, trends and predictive success factors help take the risk out of hiring. The challenging recruiting workflow features and interactions require the QA Engineer to build custom tooling in-order to test effectively. We have built a product that our recruiters and clients rely on to accomplish their day job - we must deliver high quality software. You will work cross functionally and set the testing strategy for all platforms and deliver on that strategy. This includes:
This is a very hands-on position - you will be expected to deliver results. You are very experienced, vocal, and opinionated - you will be Riviera Partners’ biggest quality advocate and will help implement best practices across the engineering team. You report to the VP of Engineering and Data Science.
