About the Jr. Data Analyst Position:

The data analyst will contribute to the growth of Riviera business and product initiatives working with partner teams. It is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career in a fast-paced environment with a team full of passionate, committed people who are excited to bring efficiency to helping people find jobs.

This role reports into engineering and will work with the product, recruiting, and data science teams to provide data driven insight into product and business success.  

Responsibilities:

  • Product Analytics and Support: support identify and resolve product related issues. Monitor product performance, design and analyze metrics to improve company products. 
  • Business Analytics: use data to provide business insights, deliver data-driven recommendations and reports.
  • Data pipeline: Data warehouse design and maintenance, build data pipelines with workflow management tools.
  • Work in a broad capacity: work cooperatively with manager and peers to design reports and analyses. 
  • Passion for data quality and insights: offer analysis and reports, help teams across organization to make data driven decisions. Work with Product and Business Operation teams to develop and monitor metrics. Ensure data quality and interpretability through all products.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience as a data analyst working with large data sets
  • Experience with Python, SQL and data visualization tool
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and warehouse design would be a plus
  • Degree in a quantitative field: Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research,
  • Computer Science, or a related field. Extremely strong quantitative and logical problem solving

  • Initiative and ability to seek and take responsibility. High attention to detail, data accuracy and
  • quality of output
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; extremely attentive to detail. Hands on, results-driven who can work with extreme efficiency, excited to learn new things, forge new areas of understanding, and enable other teams to manifest them
